CRL announces appointment of new Non-Executive Director

Richard Tamayo joins construction insurance specialist.

Following strong growth in 2017, construction insurance specialist CRL announces the appointment of Mr. Richard Tamayo to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Further to the company efforts in keeping with a mature and strong Board, Tamayo joins CRL having significant strategy and transactional experience in both Financial and Commercial areas of the construction industry.

As a Chartered Accountant, Richard is highly efficient in identifying business’ strategic priorities, and he joins CRL with the aim of taking the company to the next level of excellence. Having previously held roles as the Commercial and Finance Director of NHBC (National House-Building Council),  Tamayo is currently the Head of Finance of the Chamber of Shipping, having been appointed in 2014. Prior to this he was also responsible for a £40m turnover for Berkeley Homes (Surrey) Ltd.

Commenting on the new appointment, CRL CEO Steve Mansour said:
