Reinforced with a value of being venturous of spirit, CRL is celebrating moving into its new London headquarters at 110 Bishopsgate development as growth plans for 2017 continue rocketing to new heights.
The new office space has a focus on innovation, mimicking CRL’s brand identity, with aspects ranging from the ability to book meeting rooms via iPad and wifi telephony to an interior design that drives unique-thinking and collaborative behaviour.
Keeping with the theme, each individual work space is named after world-renowned forward thinking buildings, including the Burj Khalifa and the Space Needle. Innovation begets innovation.
CRL is committed to finding and investing in the latest technology and work practices, and this new move to the 15th floor of the iconic skyscraper, which at 46-storeys tall is the second tallest building in London, will help inspire CRL staff and support development.
Over recent years CRL has firmly established itself as a leading player in the marketplace, and as the country’s third largest structural defects insurance arranger, these new headquarters will give them the right platform to grow that position and continue to inspire residential property developers to fight for and achieve their builds.
CEO Steve Mansour said that this is the right time for CRL to establish a base that best represents the company’s values and culture. The new premises are a more rewarding environment and they look forward to welcoming new clients to their London home.
This exciting move follows an incredibly successful 2016 which saw CRL invest in a new sales centre and training academy at its Horsham office, as well as increasing its market share and recruiting new staff – last year the company’s head count increased to over 100 employees.
This new London office supports CRL’s regional offices in Horsham, Liverpool, Belfast and Newcastle, who work hard to arrange structural defects insurance for contractors, developers, builders, housing associations and architects to protect thousands of new build properties and conversions throughout the UK and Ireland.
