CRL Score Highly in Customer Satisfaction Survey

A survey carried out in March by UK customer experience consultancy TLF shows excellent feedback scores for CRL from our recent customers.

The report shows an average score of 9.1 out of 10 when a customer was asked if they would recommend CRL to a friend, colleague or business partner.

The results also clearly show that CRL work well with a wide range of customers from large developers building hundreds of homes each year, to project managers, self builders, architects, local authorities and medium and small building firms who construct a few houses each year.

CRL Advisers score highly

The feedback scores show strong results for our advisers and relationship managers who work with customers to make sure they get the correct cover for their specific build project. Advisers understanding of products, understanding of individual customer needs and ability to answer queries were all rated very highly.

Quote competitiveness also scored very well, so if you are looking for latent defects insurance, builders insurance or related insurance products such as road bonds or developer insolvency cover, it is worth getting in touch with CRL for a free quotation.

Overall Satisfaction Index score

TLF compile results into an overall index score based on the feedback results. Each result is weighted to represent the things that customers indicate are the most important to them.

Specialists in Construction Insurance

For example CRL customers rated advisers understanding of their needs, advisers knowledge of products and ability to answer queries as the most important factors – so these scores are given more weight in the overall index score.

The survey showed a score of 89.2% on the satisfaction index which puts CRL in the first quartile of all surveys conducted by TLF.

To put our score into context the graph below shows a league table of results compiled from 1,000 TLF surveys for a wide range of businesses from different sectors - the highest feedback score out of the 1,000 results in the table is 95% while the lowest is 55%.
