A survey carried out in March by UK customer experience consultancy TLF shows excellent feedback scores for CRL from our recent customers.
The report shows an average score of 9.1 out of 10 when a customer was asked if they would recommend CRL to a friend, colleague or business partner.
The results also clearly show that CRL work well with a wide range of customers from large developers building hundreds of homes each year, to project managers, self builders, architects, local authorities and medium and small building firms who construct a few houses each year.
CRL Advisers score highly
The feedback scores show strong results for our advisers and relationship managers who work with customers to make sure they get the correct cover for their specific build project. Advisers understanding of products, understanding of individual customer needs and ability to answer queries were all rated very highly.

TLF compile results into an overall index score based on the feedback results. Each result is weighted to represent the things that customers indicate are the most important to them.
