Nordic Construction – Case Study

CRL has been providing its ten-year structural defects insurance cover for Nordic Construction’s residential projects over the last couple of years, including high specification apartments in Battersea, London and Ascot to modular-designed student accommodation in Liverpool, London and Plymouth.

Chosen upon industry recommendation, CRL was appointed by Nordic at early stage development or even during the developer’s tender stages of projects to assist in providing costs, structural defect insurance advice and its comprehensive standard level of cover for construction costs ranging from £4million to £18million.
