Boultbee Brooks Real Estate are to redevelop a 66,000 square ft site in Mosley Street Manchester.
The project will transform the properties at 67-75 Mosley Street and provide quality office space alongside potential new retail and leisure outlets.
The successful planning application was granted by Manchester City Council and will see two buildings brought together into one new address to be named 75 Mosley Street.
A new central reception will provide access to both buildings while a new 7th floor will offer over 7,000 square ft of additional space and span across the length of both buildings. The new 7th floor will also include a small terrace while on the ground level two new retail spaces of 3,512 sq ft and 4,081 square ft will be created on the Nicholas Street side of the building.
Roger James, development director at the London based Boultbee Brooks Real Estate believes 75 Mosley Street is an exciting development that can bring new life to Manchester City Centre.
BBRE has already gained a good reputation in the city having invested £28m into the Manchester local office market and hopes are high that Mosley Street can be another stand out development.
