Sigma Capital, which was one of the first investors to become active in the Build to Rent sector in the UK, has announced that it is launching a new brand called Simple Life.
The flourishing Build to Rent sector is looking to make prospective renters ‘brand-loyal’, so names and reputations are looking set to be increasingly important for everyone involved.
Sigma issued a statement confirming that the goal of Simple Life is to bring more than 10,000 new rental properties, made of up of two, three, and four-bedroom flats and houses, to areas of North London, the North West, the Midlands, and Yorkshire.
These new rental properties will be constructed exclusively for Sigma by Countryside and Keepmoat, leading housebuilding partners. All lettings will be managed by SDL Bigwood.
The Sigma statement confirmed that Simple Life was created to make it easier for tenants to have a better rental experience and enjoy both the flexibility and freedom that renting offers.
